VIRTUAL WELCOME CEREMONY OF PRE-PRIMARY SECTION 2021-22

We celebrated the welcome ceremony on 9th June 2021, Wednesday.

The early years of a child’s life are the most important – a time of rapid development physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally.

Pre-primary education at DEMS aims to achieve the balanced overall development of the individual child through learning experiences in both the school and the community. The child is groomed for building positive relationships between home and school, parent and teacher. The embarked journey of learning at DEMS focuses on contributing pleasure, sharing happiness and feeling of well-being through various educational experiences and hence the theme ‘Euphoria’.

Unlike every year again the new academic year at DEMS starts with enthusiasm and excitement. Just as the tiny tots are excited going to school for the first time so are their teachers, many of whom are waiting to welcome the new students with open arms & big hearts. The first day of school is a mixture of anxiety & excitement not only for a child but also for parents & grandparents as the day marks the beginning of the most important phase of a Child’s life & their big step into the world of Education.

Role of parents is very crucial at this stage of a child’s life and so extended help by conducting orientation session for parents definitely helps the students to cope up with their new phase of life. Though this Pandemic situation has not yet improved still these tiny tots have accepted the change and are ready for the next academic year with full zeal & enthusiasm. This shows that the Journey never stops it goes on…..
