Deep Poojan celebration at Dnyanganga School

We at DEMS celebrated Deep Poojan on 11th August 2018, which falls on Ashada Amavasya Day. According to Hindu mythology, Deep Pooja is dedicated to the Ishta Devata (favourite God) and to pancha Mahabhootas (Five primordial elements-Air, Water, Fire, Sky and the Earth).

It is believed that the sparkling light of diyas drives out all the evil and bad powers and welcome new brightness in to their life by doing so.

Founder director Mr. S.M. Katkar, Executive Director Mr. Jayesh Katkar, Principal Mrs. Renuka Datta and all the teachers attended this program with belief to welcome brightness into their life.
