“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita
Dnyanganga English Medium School celebrated International Yoga Day 2025 with immense joy, serenity, and a shared commitment to wellness. The entire campus resonated with positive energy as students, teachers, and special guests united in honoring the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Special rejuvenating Yoga Workshop was conducted in collaboration with the Shri Nirmala Devi Foundation. Participants engaged in various asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided meditation sessions focused on awakening the seven chakras. The session beautifully emphasized the holistic benefits of yoga for both mental and physical health.
A mesmerizing display of yoga postures was performed by students, showcasing flexibility, discipline, and harmony. The presence of Nagarsevika Jyoti Tai Gosavi and Sakal Reporter Amol Sir added special significance to the occasion.
