Celebration of Independence Day in DEMS
Today is a day to feel proud about being a part of the great nation – India. May this spirit of freedom lead us all to success and glory in life. Happy 75 years of Independence!
Celebrating the ‘Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsava’, with the theme ‘Nation First, Always First’, Government aims to hoist 200 million Tricolours to mark the special occasion. Government has launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign from August 13 to August 15 and Independence Week from August 11 to August 17.
The patriotic fervor and enthusiasm is being experienced the year through various activities conducted across all platforms.
Zeal Education Society’s Dnyanganga English Medium School also contributed to the patriotic celebration. The hand embroidered tricolour made by the Kashmiri brothers and sisters was unfurled in the school on 13th August 2022. Entire staff and students paid homage to the martyrs and the sacrifices by millions of Indians for the country’s freedom by patriotic performances. It’s so little contribution, yet filled our hearts with pride and honour for the nation. We felt happy that we could contribute to the’ Unity in Diversity’ campaign.
On this occasion, Honorable chief guest retired Additional commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation Mr. Suresh Jagtap addressed students to be smart and result oriented.
Founder Director of Zeal Education Society’s Mr. S. M. Katkar appreciated students’ efforts and wished his blessings to everyone for future progress.
Vice president of ZES’s Mr. Poman, Young enthusiastic corporator Mrs. Jyoti Gosavi, Principal of B.Ed and M.Ed college Mr. Suryawanshi, Principal of D.Ed college Mr. Jagtap, Principal of Dnyanganga Junior College Mrs. Anuradha Nikam, Vice Chairman of EPTA Mrs. Vasanti Kharadkar enhanced the beauty of the program by their valuable presence.
The program attained it’s huge success under the able guidance of beloved Principal of D.E.M.S Mrs. Renuka Datta and all supervisors.
