News of Teacher’s Dance competition

A women is an epitome of beauty, wisdom and care. She has climbed the mountains and dived into the ocean; she has matched the steps with every man in the world. International Women’s Day celebrates the power of women-their rights and role in our lives and Society.

On the account of this auspicious occasion Yuva Programme and Sports Ministry-Gov. of India, Nehru Yuva Kendra Pune and Nandkishor Kapote cultural society of Pune organized cultural Dance competition. In this competition Teachers’ of Dnyanganga English Medium School not only participated but also bagged 1st prize for folk Group Dance ( Gavalan) and 2nd prize for Classical Kathak Group Dance.

Smt. Ubale Madam ( Director- Mahila and Balvikas Kalyan Directorate) Mayor of Pimpri-Chinchwad glorified this golden movement with their presence and prize distribution ceremony.

Founder Director Mrs. S.M. Katkar sir praised all winners and their mentor, and motivated them. Executive director Jayesh Katkar sir, School’s Principal Renuka Datta madam byand teaching and non-teaching staff appreciated teachers and their Dance performances too.
